• Understand Keto and its Impact on Cognitive Wellness: We’ll dive into why the ketogenic diet works to bolster brain health, from enhancing memory and boosting the production of BDNF (an important protein that supports and encourages brain cell growth), to creating an alternative energy source for your brain cells to flourish and thrive! Plus we’ll talk more about the other health benefits you should expect to see from a keto diet.
• How to Implement Keto with Ease: We’ll move on from the “why” to the “how” as we walk through the practical implementation of the keto diet into a daily routine. Learn the common pitfalls so many experience when they implement the keto diet, such as how to avoid cravings, steering clear of processed foods, and how to create a stress-free, motivational environment for those challenged by the idea of giving up the foods they’ve come to love.

But remember – if you don’t show up to the workshop you won’t have a chance to ask questions! So be sure to mark your calendar and watch your emails for all the details.
• Navigating Keto at Home: A thorough discussion of how to implement keto in a home-based environment, and how to integrate it into your cognitive health plan. You’ll be prepared to discuss the keto diet with your health care provider and communicate effectively with those unfamiliar with the benefits of keto. You’ll discover how to get the proper support and guidance through every step along the way!
Most importantly, you’ll be joining a global movement – a growing, evidence-based movement that is elevating the conversation around Alzheimer’s and dementia and pushing back against the long-held defeatism and misconceptions around these conditions.
